THE AIA Global Tournament Issues RFP for Registration and Scoring Platform

Edmonton, AB – May 8, 2025 – AIA Tournament Inc., the organizing body behind the internationally recognized AIA Global Tournament, has officially issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a technology partner for its registration and scoring platform.

Set to host teams from across the globe, the AIA Global Tournament demands a system that is user-friendly, bilingual (English, Spanish and French), and tailored for international accessibility. The selected platform must also support payment processing in Canadian currency, offer secure document uploads (including rosters, photos, and background checks), and provide hands-on onboarding and technical support to the AIA event team.

“This is more than just a platform partnership,” said a spokesperson from AIA Tournament Inc. “We’re looking for a forward-thinking technology partner that understands the scale, diversity, and detail involved in managing a truly global cheer and dance competition.”
